Teaching Apiary –The weekend of April 11th will be at the Remick Farm in Tamworth, our teaching apiary location on Great Hill Road. Members will be building the hive boxes, painting the hives, and constructing the electric fence. Volunteers are welcome. Please come to the April 1st meeting to coordinate or contact Brice. Market tents will be set up for assembly but check in if you plan to come as we could move the event in case of weather or ground conditions. If painting the woodenware is not finished, it will be done the following day, April 12th, or the following weekend, April 18th so the paint has time to dry at least 3 weeks before bees are installed.
